UK Coin Prospecting
Is there anyone who can point me to a good resource for any information on coin prospecting with UK coinage over in England? I've got loads of GBP change over here but don't really know what to be looking for in terms of years where any valuable metals were being used. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Re: UK Coin Prospecting
I am in Britain. I collect the pre-47 coins that have 50% silver content.
Also start collecting pre-92, 2p & 1p's for their copper content. |

The copper 2's & 1's, i get bags of them from bank. Take out copper coins and re-lodge the standard stuff. I use a magnet to check them, it speeds things up. |
